A former kapo from P Division's deep one concentration camp

The theme for this Summer's Night at the Opera NPC Contest is "Collaborator". I wrote this NPC up during the discussion for the contest's theme, before it launched, so I can't submit him. Which is a shame, because I like this character a lot.

I ran this as a scenario for the Night at the Opera server, using the suggested introduction.

A man in the rural town of Phosphate, Kansas is in critical condition after an apparent poisoning. The attending physician tentatively identified the delivery mechanism as a "giant stinger". Determine whether the incident was the work of a dangerous creature and, if so, do something about it.

Highlights include

• The Agents searching the houses of two of Gyp's cultists while they were at work, instead of just grabbing them and beating them for information. They even took photos of all the objects so that they could leave the house in the same condition as they left it.
• An Agent realizing there was a strange sea creature involved, casting Mountain and Sea (a ritual she learned after eating Star Spawn meat from a strange restaurant in New York) to commune with it, and cutting a deal
• An Agent infiltrating the cult by convincing a 19 year old gas station attendant he was totally cool and she should invite him to her party at the reservoir
• The Agents working together with Gyp to catch the cult naked and unaware and kill them
• The Agents realizing that Gyp was saying whatever he had to in order to survive, and his "undercover operation" to eliminate the cult was actually just a cynical plot to get food and sex, which he only abandoned because he was worried about the Agents killing him
• The Agents trucking the reeking, ten foot long humanoid oarfish (who had helpfully devoured all of the cultists, filling his belly with human meat) corpse to McConnell Airbase for pickup by CORAL NOMAD.
• The Agent with 20 SAN having a dream where the Deep Ones thanked her for killing the treasonous Jephthath, spending all her remaining SAN to gain an equivalent amount of Unnatural, and descending beneath the waves to join the fish people in glory and splendor forever.
