An Australian anti-mythos organization for Delta Green
Based on a throwaway line from the old COUNTDOWN book about ESPer Tech, a PISCES front company in Australia that funneled psychics into the clutches of Her Majesty's Secret Service.
I've run one game with ESPER so far and it was a lot of fun. The Talents got to use their cool powers (at a terrible cost), while the Agents got to use their badges, guns, and government clearances to gather information and violently neutralize threats.
After running the game, I had a lot of interest from the Australian users on the server, so I fast tracked the document to completion. Hopefully they get some use out of it.

The initial draft of this organization had a borderline adversarial framework, with the psychic characters outright mind controlling and manipulating the police characters. I abandoned that because I decided it would cause too much headache for the Handler in designing and running scenarios, with the players constantly intriguing against one another behind the scenes. It's still part of the backend work that ESPER as an organization does to arrange missions, and it can still come up as a story element in the long term. It could also form the basis of an ICONOCLASTS style investigation, where the players are psychics manipulating police and intelligence assets, before inserting themselves into the field to investigate in person once they've put enough of the puzzle together.
